MNAEA MARLA My background is varied with wide ranging experiences, all of which have helped develop an understanding of people and the most effective way to get things done. Attaining the Technical Award in both Residential Sales and in Residential Lettings has been important to me personally and enables me to offer considered and hopefully useful advice. I am glad to be a part of a team that puts people first. At Stevenette & Company we work collaboratively, we respect each others opinions and are inclusive. I believe this is reflected in the high levels of service we provide to our clients and am proud of the regular recommendations we receive.

MRICS Quite simply, I've always been interested in buildings and, along with this, really enjoy meeting, communicating and helping people along the journey of their sale or purchase. I joined the firm in 2010 and lead our Residential Sales Division. A natural interest and and understanding of properties along with over 25-years experience in the industry as an Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor, means I am able to provide thorough and well-considered advice to ensure the best results for our clients.

MNAEA I have always had an interest in property as I have been brought up around it. I am currently working in residential sales and have achieved my NAEA technical award. I hope to develop my skills further and increase my property knowledge. I enjoy estate agency as every day is different and viewings are a good excuse to get out of the office!

I have always been particularly interested in property so jumped at the opportunity to join Stevenette & Company as I knew it would be a good fit. I have a really wide-ranging role supporting all the departments which suits me as no two days are the same. My role covers much of the admin of the business.
